Event commemorating the 30th anniversary of Star Wars held at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The event had 50,000 attendees and encompassed the entire Convention Center including every Hall and every room. Our company provided all the event technology solutions including badge registration, computer networks and stations, pro audio/video/lighting for the general sessions, break out rooms, mini-general sessions, and so forth. We also provided live video recording and presentation and had almost 30 technicians onsite for a week.

Reaction Audio Visual has been working closely with the PAX team for many years, now covering both PAX East and PAX Prime. Since the start of the Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle, Washington in 2004, REED Exhibitions expanded the hugely growing computer, console and tabletop gaming exposition to a second location in Boston, Massachusetts. For its first year ever, PAX East had such an overwhelming amount of attendees; the event is scheduled to move to a larger convention center for its continuing years. PAX in Seattle, now known as PAX Prime, has prior estimates of over 60,000 attendees. This year in Boston, over 50,000 gamers showed up to enjoy their favorite exhibitors, live bands, and show of their gaming skills.
