Yes, we offer competitive prices but focus on value pricing because we offer the best technical talent and rental equipment in the business. We also include a guarantee that your event will be a success. This means we treat your event as if it was ours. Our reputation in the industry is important to us and we aim to please our clients beyond their expectations.

We often compete with in-house AV providers and will always beat their prices. These companies sign contracts with venues sharing 50% or more of the revenue with them, which means they have to double their prices just to compete. In addition, they often add surcharges and other unnecessary charges, often even after the event has completed. Reaction AV always negotiates complete pricing upfront, and any onsite additions or overtime are signed off daily by the client.

I need to plan a training meeting for my corporation. The problem is that I need to have the same meeting on a periodic basis maybe even quarterly. Do I have to call you every time to make my deadlines?

All you have to do is meet with one of our production managers (we can come to you or meet by phone) once to tell us when, where and how and we will take care of the rest. We will make sure you have the right equipment/technician for your meeting at the right time and at the right location. Many of our clients choose to contract with Reaction AV nationwide for all of their regional events, and many have multi-year agreements with us.

Do you deliver and setup the equipment?

Yes, we are a turn key solution provider and will provide delivery, setup, operation, and strike for your live event any where in the United States. We have a nationwide fleet of trucks and strategic partners to serve you. We also do long term road shows dedicating vehicles, equipment, and staff for your events.

I am not in Southern California; will you ship a projector to me?

Yes, we will ship equipment to you and supply technicians for any event, anywhere in the United States.

I am planning a corporate event and already have a presentation or CD, DVD, VHS tape, or PowerPoint. Will you operate the equipment at my event?

Yes. Reaction AV provides an event package where our technician takes care of every detail including delivering, setting-up, and operating the equipment so you can enjoy your event and not have to worry about the details. We will then strike the event so that you do not have to worry about cleaning up cables or gear after your event.

What kind of equipment/production services do you have available?

We carry a variety of equipment and maintain the expertise necessary for any and all audiovisual productions. From custom lighting, scenery and pipe & drape to screens, projectors, computers, plasmas, and audio speakers and mixers. We can also setup small to large computer networks and provide all the equipment and personnel to manage it. We help plan the event with our experienced experts in production planning literally from start to finish, design phase to the wrap party.

What is the quality of your rental gear?

Our accessible rental inventory is massive and includes all of the newest technologies from 1080P HD LCD Monitors to high-end Pro Audio rigs. We service and maintain all of our equipment so that when you rent it, it works great and looks good too. We also cycle through our inventory every 18-24 months depending on the technologies to ensure that you receive the latest and greatest equipment.

How knowledgeable is your staff?

Our lighting, video, and audio engineers have worked for major television networks, well known rock bands, and other high end organizations. Do you provide PC Gaming equipment?

Absolutely! We can custom build a system specifically suited for your needs or you can use gaming systems we already have in inventory that carry high end ATI and nVidia video cards. We also stock gaming laptops for your special requirements. We can also modify our current gaming systems to suit your needs.
