September was another busy month for us at Reaction Audio Visual. While we had various events that we were are working on daily, we are choosing to highlight just a few of them for this month’s look through. Check them out:
The GameStop Expo | Sept. 2nd | Las Vegas, NV
The GameStop Expo is the place to be for all gaming admirers! Attendees had a chance to play video games months before the games are actually released to the public. They also had a chance to meet gaming celebrities, developers, and special guests. As well as participate in some incredible tournaments! Reaction AV had a chance to provide different types of event equipment and labor to many of the exhibitors at the convention. Check out the video below to view a before and after of the WB Games booth!
Various AACR Conferences:
Throughout the month we provided event technology and labor services to our long term partner, The American Association for Cancer Research. AACR is dedicated to preventing and curing cancer through research, education, communication and collaboration. The events we have worked with them this past month were:
Expert Panel Meeting | Sept. 11- 12th | Lake Jackson, WY
AACR and the Board of QuadW had a vision meeting with thought leaders for the Children’s Cancer Therapy Development Institute, mapping out investment priorities for bone and tissue sarcomas.
Inaugural International Cancer Immunotherapy Conf. | Sept. 16- 19th | New York, NY
The leaders in the cancer field (AACR, EATI, CIMI, and CRI) all came together for a collaborative reference meeting for scientists, clinicians, regulators, drug developers, and patient advocates. The conference focused on how to translate “science into survival.”
Chromatin & Epigenetics in Cancer | Sept. 24- 27th | Atlanta, GA
This conference presented the latest findings in the fields of chromatin and epigenetic regulation, transcription initiation, enhancers and control of transcriptional elongation.
TwitchCon | Sept. 25-26th | San Francisco, CA
TwitchCon is a celebration of all things Twitch. From the broadcasters and viewers to the brands that create the games. The convention brings all of the Twitch society under one roof. Attendees were provided information on how to start broadcasting, how they can improve their channels, and they also had a chance to meet their favorite broadcasters. Reaction AV has worked with Twitch for many years, providing equipment for their booths in previous conventions that Twitch exhibited at. So when the people of Twitch came together to plan the very first Twitch convention, it was no surprise that they chose to call us! Reaction AV is very honored to be TwitchCon’s official AV provider! We were able to provide event technology and labor to not only the main event, but to the many exhibitors showcasing at the convention. We can’t wait to see what next year holds!
