Pokémon World Champs | August 19- 21st | San Francisco, CA
The Pokémon World Championships are the last of their tournaments. It features players who were qualified throughout the 2016 championship series season. The players travel from over 35 different countries just to compete! The event was closed to the general public due to venue size- but fans were able to be in the loop through the live stream that was featured on Twitch TV. Reaction Audio Visual not only made sure the streaming was clear and consistent, we also provided technology such as truss, lighting, projection, cameras speakers, and more to the tournament areas, and caster areas. After Riftwalk’s initial debut at PAX East, its makers have decided to make further stops all over North America, and first up was Toronto! Riftwalk is where the League of Legends game “takes place” and this event is an interactive journey through the League’s history and the most memorable moments from the game’s last 6 years. Along the path, there were many photo ops with the legendary locations, the concept art, the cosplay celebrations and exhibits.
