Reaction AV has worked with Wizards of the Coast, a division of Hasbro, Inc., on many events through out the years. For an E3 booth in 2006, the client wanted a custom booth structure with graphics but did not want to spend the money it would take to have a custom booth structure built by an exhibit house. So Reaction AV designed a custom booth that utilized truss secured locally to avoid construction charges. This allowed us to design the booth exactly to the customers need while saving over $100,000 on construction costs. The overall booth was 30′ wide x 50′ long, reaching over 20′ into the air. Reaction AV provided over 15 plasmas and LCDs, 25 computers, office equipment, and a custom lighting package including intelligent lights, gobos and more for various events.
