Powering the Creator Economy at VidSummit
VidSummit is where the world’s top video entrepreneurs, marketers, and brand leaders gather to talk business. This year (2025) over 3,500 creators and industry professionals filled the Irving Convention Center in Texas to connect, learn, and share the strategies behind building audiences, brands, and revenue streams. We delivered full-scale AV production for the multi-day conference, transforming every session into a high-impact, broadcast-quality experience built for creators.
From the moment attendees entered the venue, the production set the tone for creativity and professionalism. The Main Stage featured a massive 238-tile flown LED wall that served as the visual centerpiece for keynote sessions, panels, and live presentations. Reaction AV managed every aspect of the production—from audio, video, and lighting to staging, rigging, and project management—ensuring every cue, transition, and visual element aligned perfectly with the conference’s energy and scale.
Breakout rooms were designed to match the same level of technical precision and aesthetic cohesion as the Main Stage. Each space included custom scenic pieces and full AV support tailored to different session formats. Behind the scenes, our project management team coordinated schedules, transitions, and technical logistics across multiple rooms, maintaining a consistent experience throughout the venue.
VidSummit 2025 brought together some of the most influential voices in digital media, and we were proud to deliver a production worthy of that audience. Through full-scale AV, technical direction, and event design, we created an environment where creators and brands could connect, learn, and grow all under one roof.
